Witness describes tragic skydiving plane crash that killed 12: 'It just lit up in flames'

12 people died after a skydiving plane crashed about 60 miles south of Kansas City, Missouri, local officials say. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the deadly crash. CBS News' Lana Zak reports.
