Brazil woman thrown from bridge without bungee cord attached

A 21-year-old woman died after being thrown from a bridge without proper bungee cord equipment in São Paulo, Brazil, according to the local governor's office. Six people were initially brought in for questioning and three have been arrested in connection with the incident.
