Trump says Israeli strike on Beirut ‘should not have happened’ as Iran deal nears

Israel has attacked the southern suburbs of Lebanon's capital, saying it was targeting Hezbollah. US President Donald Trump says the strikes should not have happened, because a deal with Iran is close. He's asked Israel and Hezbollah to halt further attacks.
