The US and Venezuela say a joint operation killed longtime Tren de Aragua leader Nino Guerrero. Designated a terrorist organization by the Trump administration, the group grew from a Venezuelan prison gang into a transnational crime syndicate. Trump accused former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro of cooperating with Tren de Aragua before his capture by US forces in January.
