Shareholders of GOIL PLC have approved the establishment of a GH¢1 billion Medium-Term Note Programme aimed at supporting business expansion and long-term growth.
Speaking on the sidelines of the company's 57th Annual General Meeting, the Managing Director of GOIL PLC, Edward Bawa, said the proposed bond programme is expected to provide the company with flexible access to capital markets.
The initiative will enable GOIL PLC to raise funds to finance strategic projects and expand its operations within the energy sector.
