WASSCE Crisis: Sekondi College PTA to Petition WAEC Over 154 Students Locked Out

The Sekondi College PTA is preparing to petition the West African Examinations Council following the denial of entry to 154 WASSCE candidates who were prevented from writing the Chemistry paper due to lateness.
An affected candidate, speaking anonymously, explained that many students arrived shortly before the examination due to heavy rainfall but were still refused entry by an external invigilator.
The PTA says it will seek accountability and clarity on the strict enforcement of examination rules that led to a significant number of students missing a key paper.
