The Heat: US Migration | Americans moving abroad
Data show Americans are leaving the United States at once-in-a-century levels, fleeing divisive politics and an affordability crisis.
The Wall Street Journal reports that an estimated 150,000 people emigrated last year, leading to a negative net migration. That hasn't happened since the Great Depression of 1929.
Are more Americans beginning to see living abroad not as an exception, but as a better long-term option?
