Medicare Advantage plans slammed for denial rates

Two new reports from the Inspector General's Office with the Department of Health and Human Services call out the denial rates for prior authorization for rehab facilities. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports on how for one type of facility, nearly every appeal results in the denial being overturned.
