Mahama Orders Contractors Back to Site on Stalled Eastern Regional Hospital Project

President John Dramani Mahama has directed contractors working on the stalled new Eastern Regional Hospital project to return to site and resume construction works.

The announcement was made by Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey during the official launch of the Eastern Regional Hospital's Centenary Celebration in Koforidua.

According to the Minister, the President's directive underscores the government's commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure and improving access to quality healthcare services for residents of the Eastern Region.

The resumption of work is expected to advance the completion of the long-delayed project and enhance healthcare delivery in the region.
