Tonight: The U.S. launched what it called “self-defense strikes” after an American helicopter was shot down by an Iranian drone over the Strait of Hormuz, as President Trump vowed Iran would “pay the price.” Plus, billionaire and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates was grilled by lawmakers over his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Gates said that Epstein was blackmailing him over his infidelities. And the security around Madison Square Garden has ramped up ahead of the NBA Finals game tonight. Shocking videos show fights breaking out after Monday's game. And in Southern California there's an all out search and rescue mission to find a girl who was swept out to sea while swimming with her mother and sibling last night. The other two were rescued, but now crews are racing to find the girl in the rough waters.
