The journey to celebrate Ghana's unsung heroes has begun with the unveiling of the first three nominees for the Channel One Community Legends 2026 Cohort.
🌟 Anthony Hunkpe Kodzo – Transforming lives in the Bono and Oti Regions by repairing faulty boreholes in deprived communities to restore access to clean water. He also supports education through laptop donations and teacher training initiatives.
🌟 Hansaawu Bukari – A passionate educator in the Sagnarigu Municipality who is improving literacy and learning through storytelling while using her personal resources to provide books, uniforms, shoes, bags, and classroom support for students.
🌟 Innah Nau Nyandes – A 14-year-old spoken word artist and young advocate using her voice to challenge injustice, inspire social change, and drive conversations on climate change and sanitation.
These remarkable individuals exemplify dedication, service, and the power of community impact.
