Speaking at the 2026 conference of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Ghana, Chief Human Resources Officer of MTN Ghana, Esi Mmirba Wilson, emphasized that organisations must build systems where technology serves as an enabler of human productivity and innovation.
She noted that the rapidly evolving workplace demands HR leaders who go beyond traditional administrative roles to actively drive organisational transformation, adaptability, and workforce development.
