Long queues have formed at the Outpatient Departments (OPDs) of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) following the resumption of work after a four-day strike by doctors, nurses, and midwives.
The strike, which was triggered by the suspension of the hospital's Chief Executive Officer, disrupted healthcare delivery at the facility. However, operations resumed following the intervention of the Asantehene, and the hospital is now experiencing a surge in patient attendance.
