‘Putin has only very bad options’ in Ukraine: Pulitzer Prize-winning historian

CNN's Bianna Golodryga speaks with award-winning journalist Anne Applebaum about the shift in dynamics in the war in Ukraine.

While Ukraine is nowhere near winning the war, it does appear to have the upper hand in some areas along the front lines. Kyiv has also greatly increased its ability to strike deep inside Russia, targeting energy facilities and other strategic targets far from the borders.
