Schoolchildren huddled together as a powerful earthquake hit the southern Philippines on Monday, with video showing kids screaming in panic as an outdoor structure near them collapsed. The school said no students or staff were injured. The offshore magnitude 7.8 quake killed at least 32 people and injured more than 200 others.
