Philippines: Buildings collapse as 7.8-magnitude quake strikes

A fast-food restaurant was reduced to rubble and young children were sent fleeing for cover after a structure at their school collapsed as a 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck the southern Philippines on Monday, killing at least 19 people.
