Dog trapped in water saved by delivery rider and passersby in southwest China #CoolChina

A delivery rider in the city of Chengdu in southwest China is being celebrated online after bringing to safety a dog that had fallen into water. Using a rope and with help from passersby, the rescue became a touching moment of kindness.
