Severe storms put tens of millions on alert

64 million people, from Indiana to New England, are at risk for severe storms tonight. Heavy rain and strong winds collapsed a tent at a college baseball game in West Virginia Saturday, and authorities in Texas say at least nine people had to be rescued or evacuated after flash flooding.
