Some residents of Tema Community 25 around the Savannah Junction area have been evicted following the enforcement of a court ruling by a developer who claims ownership of the disputed land.

Affected residents were seen in distress as they recounted how they had made payments for the land on two separate occasions after different individuals surfaced claiming ownership.

According to them, they refused to make a third payment when another claimant emerged, insisting they had already fulfilled their financial obligations.

The enforcement of the court ruling led to the demolition of several structures, leaving many families displaced and sparking renewed concerns over multiple land ownership disputes and land litigation challenges in the area.
