The cargo #ship Yangzijiang received its dual-fuel system upgrade in #Shanghai in less than three months – retrofitting fuel tanks and engines to run on both traditional fuel and eco-friendly methanol. Compared to building a new ship, the retrofit cuts construction time by 96% and reduces costs by 75%, while slashing #carbon emissions. It sets a new standard for the global shipping industry's green transition.
