Just one day after Secretary of State Marco Rubio told a House committee he'd never seen the president fall asleep in meetings, Trump appeared to doze off in the Oval Office. During an event announcing funding for coal plants, Trump seems to close his eyes as others are speaking. Morning Joe's Jonathan Lemire calls the episode an almost "daily occurrence,” and points out that the White House is brushing off the allegations after fixating on former President Joe Biden appearing to fall asleep on the job.
