A new investigation of America's first felon president

Donald Trump may have thought his "IRS settlement" slush fund was a cute idea, but now a federal judge is looking at whether the lawsuit was ever a real thing in the first place or whether it was just a pretext for a money grab. If the judge finds the latter to be the case, that could be a fraud on the court, a crime.
