As Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine enters its fifth year, President Vladimir Putin is hosting the annual St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, aimed at attracting global business leaders and investors. While the European Union and the UK are boycotting the event over the war, Washington has sent a delegation led by the chair of President Trump's Commission on Fine Arts.
