Truck driver helps woman escape alleged kidnapping

A truck driver was on the road in South Carolina when he saw a woman in handcuffs running down the road, looking for help. She had escaped out of a man's car. That man is now facing charges, including for kidnapping. NBC News' Jesse Kirsch reports.
