FBI kills suspect to end 10-hour hostage standoff in California

A suspect with explosives strapped to him was shot and killed by the FBI after he barricaded himself into a building in Bakersfield, CA. The man took 10 employees as hostages. NBC News' Steve Patterson reports from the scene.
