War is coming home to Russia’s biggest cities

People living in Russia's biggest cities, Moscow and St. Petersburg, have largely been sheltered from the daily realities of the Kremlin's war with Ukraine since it began in February 2022. But as Ukraine increasingly launches long-range strikes into the country, that situation is changing.
