Fire at New Delhi hotel kills at least 21 people, including 18 foreigners

Witnesses to a hotel fire in the Indian capital say several guests jumped out of windows to escape the flames. Authorities in New Delhi are investigating the cause of the blaze that killed 22 people, including 18 foreign nationals.
