Romania: Russian drone hits apartment building

🇷🇴 🇷🇺 🇺🇦 A #Russian drone launched at #Ukraine struck an apartment building in #Romania early Friday. 

The incident injured two people in the #NATO-member country, prompting strong condemnation from the military alliance and the #EU.
