Two people confirmed dead after chemical tank implodes in Washington state

Two people are confirmed dead and nine people are still missing after a chemical tank imploded at a paper manufacturing plant in Washington state. The Longview Fire Department said Tuesday evening that there was still liquid in the collapsed tank, which was complicating attempts to reach people in the plant.
