‘Free Speech Does Not Mean Stupidity’ - Elikem Kotoko Fires at NPP Over Abronye DC Comments

Deputy CEO of the Forestry Commission, Elikem Kotoko, has criticised members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for failing to publicly call out Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC, over some of his public comments.

According to him, freedom of speech should not be used as a justification for irresponsible commentary, insisting that political actors must be measured in their public utterances.
