'Even If Abronye Dies In A Police Cell, A Thousand Abronyes Will Rise.' - Dr. Zaato Alleges

Senior Fellow at Africa Policy Lens (APL) and Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Joshua Jebuntie Zaato, has alleged that the current National Democratic Congress (NDC) government is becoming increasingly oppressive and undermining free speech.

According to him, the number of arrests recorded within the first 17 months of the current administration raises concerns about political freedoms and democratic governance in Ghana.
