Spain stands firm on Eurovision boycott over Israel's war in Gaza | DW News

In September 2025, Spain announced its withdrawal from the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna because of Israel's role in the Gaza war. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has now defended the boycott again.
