Algerian court to rule on appeal of French journalist Christophe Gleizes

A court in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria, is set to deliver a verdict on Wednesday in the appeal trial of French sports journalist Christophe Gleizes, who has been detained since June after being sentenced to seven years for 'glorifying terrorism'. The appeal hearing included his lawyers, family, and partner, with both his Algerian and French lawyers able to consult him beforehand.
