Colorado University tags America/Americans as non-inclusive words

A list of language to avoid compiled by Colorado State University covers all the words which identify person's biological sex, not gender, such as "he", "she", "Mrs" and "Mr"... and other terms and phrases applying to the most sensitive issues. Though the inclusive communications is among the hot topics today, people don't seem to care much.
