In Charlotte, new surveillance footage shows a shocking attack on a young woman in her work uniform riding the train. Police say just minutes after she sat down a man behind her pulled a knife from his pocket and attacked her. President Trump is commenting on the horrifying moment. NBC News' Jesse Kirsch reports.
