1 village 1 dam is now 1 village 1 pond - John Mahama

In 2016, the #NPP promised to give Ghanaians who live in the northern part of the country what it called '1 village, 1 dam'.

We are now in 2019 and the #NDC's flagbearer, #JohnMahama, says that promise has not been fulfilled.

According to him, the NPP is doing #1Village1Pond instead. #CitiNewsroom #Ghana
