The street helping people with dementia to remember - BBC News

A care home in the UK has built replica high street complete with a tea rooms and a post office for its residents who have dementia to help them to remember.

The sensory street also has animals and is designed to stimulate memories.

It follows a similar scheme for people with dementia in the Netherlands.

The BBC's Catrin Nye has been to visit.
