Venezuela: Maduro proposes early vote for opposition-led congress

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro gathered hundreds of his supporters to celebrate the one year anniversary of his reelection. That vote sparked a political firestorm with opposition leader Juan Guaido declaring himself interim president and earning the backing of some 50 countries around the world. But Maduro is not giving up without a fight. He used the anniversary to launch a new challenge to his opponents. Anca Ulea reports.
