Thousands of refugees fleeing war-torn Sudan face severe humanitarian crisis in South Sudan

More than 120,000 people have crossed Sudan's southern border in recent weeks, fleeing an escalation in fighting between government and paramilitary forces. Many of those seeking safety in South Sudan are struggling to find food and clean water. Several aid groups are deploying mobile clinics to help them.
