UN urges 'paradigm shift' for Gaza aid: Israel's cooperation uncertain

The UN Humanitarian and Reconstruction Coordinator for Gaza has told the Security Council that irreversible steps need to be taken to facilitate unhindered delivery of more aid into the strip. Sigrid Kaag also stressed that the quality of that aid must be improved. Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from New York.
