Senate rejects impeachment articles against Mayorkas

The Senate voted 51-49 to adjourn the impeachment trial of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Democrats voted to rule both impeachment articles unconstitutional because they did not rise to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors."
