Trial begins in US court for Abu Ghraib torture survivors, 20 years later

Two decades ago this month, photos of smiling US soldiers posing with humiliated detainees at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison, caused worldwide shock. After years of legal battles, the lawsuit brought by three prisoners began on Monday. against the military contractor they blame for their mistreatment.
