South Sudan displacement: Humanitarian situation worsens amid conflict

The United Nations says Sudan's war has caused the world's largest displacement crisis. Millions of people have been forced from their homes, and are facing acute food shortages. As heavy fighting continues, hundreds of thousands are fleeing to neighbouring countries.
