Will Macron visit revive Lula's int'l brand, once revered as one of 'planet's most popular' leaders?

French President Emmanuel Macron and his Brazilian counterpart Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva are meeting this week to revive the relationship between the two economic powerhouses, focusing on trade, defence and the Amazon rainforest. All the while, Macron's warm relations with Lula are being heralded as a flourishing Brazilian "bromance" between the two leaders.
