'They should be afraid': Baltimore leader called 'DEI mayor' stands up to right-wing, racist attacks

The Baltimore bridge disaster is being blamed by leading Republicans on DEI, or diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, among other baseless accusations. Baltimore's mayor, Mayor Brandon Scott (D), who has faced Republican racism, joins Joy Reid to shed light on the situation.
