Melber: Trump is innocent until proven guilty, but is starting out really, really behind

Ari Melber speaks with Alex Wagner and Lawrence O'Donnell about the case against Donald Trump. "The problem for Donald Trump, facing these federal charges that carry years in prison, is that he did it and he admitted it," Melber says. However, the former president is "legally presumed innocent and he could still find a jury sympathetic to some less legal, less factual defense."
