Businesses bear the brunt of Vietnam heatwave’s power outages

In Vietnam, the government is enforcing rolling power cuts after a heatwave in the region drove up electricity demand. It also reduced water levels at hydroelectric dams. Businesses in the capital Hanoi are feeling the effects, as keeping food or products either hot or cold has become nearly impossible. Al Jazeera's Michael Apple reports.
