Schumer touts passage of debt ceiling bill: 'We are not defaulting'

Majority Leader Chuck Schumer praised the Senate for voting to pass a bill that would extend the debt ceiling for two years. Schumer said in a press conference, "We've saved the country from the scourge of default," adding, "Default was the giant sword hanging over America's head."
