At least three people, including a girl and her mother, have been killed in a Russian missile strike on Kyiv, according to Ukrainian officials. The governor of Russia's Belgorod region says eight people have been wounded in overnight shelling in the town of Shebekino, which has damaged multiple buildings and follows a string of new attacks within Russia.
