Civilians killed in Khartoum: Violence follows army's withdrawal from talks

And at least 17 peoplehave been killed in shelling at a market in Sudan's capital, Khartoum. It comes after the army pulled out of talks in Saudi Arabia with the Rapid Support Forces, accusing it of violating the ceasefire agreement. The U-S says it's prepared to continue mediation efforts.
